Booking advice:
When contacting the office team, we recommend that you have a selection of date options in mind for your required event(s). That way, we can try to fit it in at a time that works for you and around existing bookings.
Pricing:
Our hire charges are calculated based on whether your booking is a regular occurrence or a one-off special event. Both require different levels of administrative, caretaking and cleaning support which is why the prices vary slightly. We have tried to make it as clear as possible but if you have any questions at all, please contact us
If your booking is regular we assess the cost using the definitions below:
Resident – Individuals who live in Paddock Wood or who have a TN12 6 postcode
Non-Resident/Charity – Individuals who live outside Paddock Wood/TN12 6 postcode or charitable organisations
Business – Individuals/Groups who charge a fee, or funded service providers
If your booking is for a Party or Event the costs are for Residents and Non-Residents.
