From yoga to martial arts: weekly activities at PWCC

, , ,

One of the best things about having a new community centre in town is the sheer variety of things happening here each week – there really is something for almost everyone.

For children and young people there are things like crafts, music and movement groups, martial arts and local Guide and Ranger units using the centre as their home. It means you can often do the school run, come straight to the Community Centre for an after-school activity, and be home again without needing to drive miles.

Adults are well catered for too, with yoga classes, fitness sessions, Slimming World, mobility and health groups, and choirs that bring people together for a good sing and a laugh. There are also regular coffee mornings and support groups, so you are just as welcome to come for a chat as you are for a workout.

Because the timetable is always evolving, the best way to keep on top of what is happening is to check our What’s On page and follow us on social media for last-minute additions and one-off events.
